Excellent doctor!! Goes above and beyond for her patients. She will get to the bottom of what is ailing you. Had a wonderful staff as well!

I saw Dr Ruffalo ana was very happy with her level of service. She takes her time when speaking to you. Being a new patient she was very thorough and detailed.explained everything to me so there were no unanswered questions. I was new to Wisconsin and searching for a Dr. for me after I got my kids taken care of, glad I found her.

I am beyond DISGUSTED with the level of service and care of Dr. Ruffolo and her staff!!! Unfortunately, my elderly mother is a patient. I have called 3 times in 2 days for my mother who is seriously sick!!! AND I still have have NOT received a call back from ANYONE at the office. What is WRONG with you people??!! I will be filing a complaint with the state as well. Along with finding a new physician who actually CARES about their patients and what happens to them!!!!

When the office was managed by Dr. Luccas the care was impeccable. Always received follow-up calls from Juan within the day. Now that it is under new management they request you go to a website to check your results. Of course it's hard to determine what all the abbreviations stand for and I spend way to much time decifering them.There is no follow-up. I have no idea where I stand with my health at this time. If things don't improve I will need to find another doctor.

This is some really scary "health care " ! Met Dr. Ruffalo for the first time inside of a grocery store.. No answered questions, when u call the office a receptionist answers your questions,while googling the proper answer. They claim to have access to all of your records but after a hospital stay they tell "u, " to go get your records for them. They also never know exactly, "where" the doctor is,nor "what to do "..this is serious stuff people,if u value your health.. Which u can't buy. .Run far away,!
