Dr. Raaid I. Museitif, MD-KENOSHA MEDICAL GROUP

I've known Dr. Museitif since childhood, so I've had a front-row seat to the kind of person and physician he has always been. Even back when he was a resident at St. Luke's in Milwaukee, he gave me excellent guidance and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense. His passion for cardiology and his commitment to doing right by his patients were obvious long before he ever had his own practice. Years later, when a close relative wasn't receiving the care they needed elsewhere, Dr. Museitif was the first person I trusted to call. He saw them right away, dug into the issue with the attention and urgency it deserved, and ultimately played a major role in saving their life. I will always be grateful for that. Dr. Museitif is an exceptional cardiologist and an even better human being. Kenosha is lucky to have him, and anyone under his care is in the best possible hands. I recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Museitif spent a tremendous amount of time looking at my studies, asking in-depth questions, and explaining everything at great length. I never felt rushed, his staff was awesome, and I left the office feeling 100% better than when I arrived. I would and will recommend him to all without hesitation.

Their billing department is HORRIBLE. I've been put on a payment plan and I still have to call each month and give them my cc number. If you ask me, that's not a payment plan. I tried to call for my last payment and NOBODY called me back. It took me a straight week of calling to get in touch with someone to pay my bill. Awful service from billing. Got forwarded to the lady taking care of my account and I left her two voicemails in 4 days and she ignored my calls. Got transferred to manager there and I never got a call back from her either.

Dr. Museitif came highly recommended to us. He came in on a holiday to do an emergency surgery for my father when that part of the hospital had been closed. He explains everything with great bedside manner. I did voice my opinion to the doctor that I loved that my father was able to see him and his care was fabulous but the long wait time sitting in the office was messing up my own schedule and he corrected the problem immediately. They are a bit more timely now. Highly recommend him.

Friendly staff and Dr.Museitif explains everything he is doing or will be doing. My 94 year old mother even understands everything he says.
