The place is well maintained and well organized, and the front staff is wonderful. Viola is great so friendly and kind, and she makes you feel human. We always feel well cared for and heard here. Sometimes they make a joke that lifts your spirits, especially when you're feeling unwell, that kind of thing really gives you energy.
Very efficient and quick. I was in the waiting room for about 3 minutes and they called my name. Front desk lady had the biggest smile on her face she looked like she absolutely loves her job!! i highly recommend this doctor office. No complaints here.

Addressing a health issue can be scary. I really appreciated Crystal's help in setting my appointment and getting through all of the paperwork required for my visit. The entire staff was helpful, compassionate and efficient. Definitely recommend! Tell Crystal I said hello!!
I have seen Dr. Friedman in the past and really enjoyed his office staff and respect for my time. After his move and reading the reviews, I was concerned with going back. However, last week, I went in for Blood Work followed by Physical yesterday, and I was surprised on the difference in treatment I received vs what the reviews said. Blood work, was quick and painless. The staff was friendly and professional and respected my time. I was in and out within 10 minutes, so not sure how some reviews state waiting for 30 minutes or more. Physical was late in the day, at 645pm, and I arrived about 10 minutes early. Was taken in 5 minutes prior to appointment, and all test and discussion completed without much waiting. I think overall, I was in the room less then 5 minutes also and waiting. Got flu shot, a non-rushed conversation with with Lindsay, who was friendly and willing to listen to everything, on and off topic. I highly recommend going to this location. Krystal, front office, who although did not smile much, but was very professional and respectful.
