First visit to a Drs office in a decade....and what a great place to land. Dr Wolf was super easy to talk to and really makes you feel comfortable asking questions. The highlight of said visit definitely had to be Ms Charlene the phlebotomist. Cheers yall! Thanks for everything!

Everyone involved was very polite and professional. Dr. Wolf listened to and acted on my concerns immediately with care and kindness. The phlebotomist on staff is also very good at what she does.

The star is for the clinical staff (they deserve 5, but I am here to rate Dr. Wolf, who, in my opinion deserves 0.
Dr. Wolf was rude and unprofessional. She basically booted me out of the room after only checking my vitals, which, being in the medical field myself I can do at home. She didn't ask me about refilling my medications and I had a few other health concerns that I wanted to ask her but she was very clearly in a rush. When I started to attempt to ask further questions she was already at the door holding it open to boot me out. My questions were if a more private nature so I told her I had a few more and wanted to close the door but her look of irritation was very clear. I commented "okay I can see you are clearly too busy to answer questions from a patient." Dr. Wolf blamed her staff for "overbooking" her. So I said wow nevermind, don't worry I will definitely not take up any more of your valuable time ever again.
I reported all this immediately to Samantha at the check in/out desk. Samantha was very kind and seemed to take my concerns seriously. I informed Samantha that I will not be returning unfortunately because of how I was treated by "Doctor" Wolf.
Note to all healthcare workers: Training 1:01 - NEVER blame your staff or make excuses; your current patient should be your upmost concern. - I teach this to my own students and never want my own patients to feel the way Dr. Wolf made me feel.
I hope this situation with her gets straightened out so no one else has to experience the same feelings I did.
Best regards to the clinic, CB Scott.

Just had my first visit at this clinic. I get very nervous with doctors but Dr.Flores was incredibly patient and kind. He made me feel safe! Charleen drew my blood and did an absolutely amazing job. I struggle with IV's and draws, often times feeling faint and nauseous. With my health issues I've had many blood draws and I can say confidently that Charleen is one of the best. She talked with me like we're old pals and calmed my nerves. She also has a gentle touch and performs well with the needle. The front staff is friendly and inviting. I'm happy with my choice to come to this clinic!
