Dr Jacobson and the staff at core cardiology are so kind and friendly. Dr Jacobson explains things so well and always answers all questions. His nurse Michelle always goes above and beyond and is so friendly and wonderful with kids. Highly recommend!
Amazing doctor and his stuff! Very friendly, attentive and kind. We had pretty bad experience with the first cardiologist and came to Core Pediatric Cardiology for a second opinion. Dr. Jacobson is very knowledgeable and professional. Such a relief to find truly amazing doctor who you can trust with your child's health.
My Issue is not with the Dr. Jacobson or his staff (Well, if they had returned my calls or responded i would not be here, story for another day) just the after hours call operators or receptionist that answer calls for his office. They are unattentively rude and gaslights the caller. I finally spoke to someone after 3 failed attempts to communicate and i got a human who did not marginalize, belittle or dismiss me (She tried). Customer service is not for everyone but there are no excuses in healthcare because you dont know what the caller is going through just to be meet with phone generals who issue commands at will.
Dr. Jacobson has been wonderful over the past 9 years. We look forward to going to an appointment where the staff knows exactly what to do, is always kind, and runs efficiently. I highly recommend dr. Jacobson.
