Most rude staff member ever. I went in saying I was having symptoms of a heart attach and she told me since I wasn't "established" there they couldn't help me. Didn't offer any help knowing I had a child with me. Told me to go to ER.

Terrible. Call with questions after surgery and when they finally return call say "I'll get back to you and don't". Happened more than once.
