Spent four days in ICU with severe ventricle tachycardia. My discharge orders stated I needed an MRI two weeks after I was discharged. The office did not send the referral and then stated I needed to wait for a new patient appointment which I was willing to do, however, I called back 2 weeks later to see if I could get in sooner or at least start the MRI process because I had some serious health concerns. Although the nurse was polite, she spoke to Dr. Singh and he wouldn't see me any time sooner. I understand that these doctors are busy, but sending me home after a scary situation, and then not seeing me for three months after is ridiculous I have since been referred to another cardiologist by my primary doctor that is only making me wait one week before being seen, and he has great ratings as well. I am grateful for that. When I called to cancel, they voiced no concern and asked no questions which leads me to believe they just don't care.
