Cindy and Diane were very pleasant and welcoming when I arrived! I went to Cindy bc she was closest. She signed me in. I asked if I had time to step out and get water from the vending machine, bc I forgot to drink my water. Cindy said she could get me one. I don't remember ever having water offered to me in a testing place before. While she was getting my water, Diane and I had a nice conversation. Jessica (tech) came for me exactly on time. She and Cynamin (the nurse) were excellent and very attentive to me when I had a strong reaction to the chemical test. Kristin helped me for awhile also. Exceptionally good experience despite having a bad reaction the worst I've ever had and I've had probably at least twenty stress tests or so it seems. They quickly helped me and Cynamin gave me a shot to ease the symptoms. She and Jessica were extremely attentive and watchful. Cynaman even stayed in the room during my entire stress test to make sure I was okay. First nurse to ever do that. Everyone I've had contact with in this facility (been coming here for 3 years) has been great, but this was by far my best experience - not just here but other places. I even put this even if not better than the North OKC Heart Hospital and that is a AAA outstanding place!

I would give this place more stars if they would have seen us. My husband had a 9:30 appointment with the vascular doctor. He is a long haul trucker and drove all night to get here. We were 2 minutes late. We go to check in and the receptionist was playing in her phone. By the time she got to us, it was 9:48. She said they only allow 15 minutes late. She made us reschedule for January. He drove 500 miles all night just to make this appointment and the receptionist was kind of rude. So needless to say we are not happy. It wasn't our fault it was 9:48 by the time she checked us in. We were there at 9:33.

Nothing except goodness and kindness with given to me by these people. I have never felt more acknowledged cared for or thought about by anyone in the medical field than the staff at the imaging center. They were all so kind thank you ladies

I had to have an Echocardiogram and an "IV" stress test. They conveniently scheduled both tests same day one after the other. I was scared for each test. The gal who did the echo was very nice and kind. She did a great job and is knowledgeable. She definitely likes her job and what she does. The stress test was simulated with a medication through an IV which was great since my foot is injured. I was scared for this test. The two women who helped me explained all about the test It is in two parts pictures and then injection followed by pictures again they stayed with me during pictures as I do much better when not in a room alone. I appreciated that very much. My injection was scary but they were ready for any complication and it went great. Cinnamon and her other team partner were kind knowledgeable and I feel lucky that I got them for my tests. I would tell anyone needing these tests to not hesitate going here. They have it down and do it great. The only suggestion would be to install automatic door to waiting room entrance. I use a walker with my injury. One patient opened the door for me and when leaving another helped me. That would be my one suggestion

For an echo cardiogram as good as it gets. On time, efficient, and thorough. Kenda rocked the experience by her professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy. I recommend this business.
