Gary D Ratliff (MD)

Dr. Ratliff has been my PCP going on three years now. He is the most compassionate, caring, understanding doctor I have ever had. He is very detailed, he truly goes above and beyond. He listens and communicates well. I am a very difficult patient with many serious health problems. Dr. Ratliff has managed to keep me alive and stable . His nurse Crystal is also very kind, caring and top notch, she is excellent at her job and communication with me since I am almost deaf and read lips. She also goes above and beyond to see that I am properly cared for. The new lab assistant Eddie is great and gets my blood on first try when most of the time I go through 2-4 people sticking me. Michelle up front at registration is very nice and caring as well. The new Care Coordinator Sharon is very nice and helpful, I was unaware that Darcy left the practice but Sharon stepped up in a crisis moment I was having and helped me through it.

I needed to see a doctor the same day as my call to them. I was able to see Dr Ratliff in a timely manner. He listened carefully to my symptoms, took notes, provided a physical exam, explained his diagnosis, established a path forward, and had me provide samples of blood and urine right there at the clinic.

Dr. Ratliff and his nurse are incredible! They really care about you, your family and your overall wellbeing. We can get an appointment in short order and the wait time is generally less than 10 minutes. Fantastic!

Dr Ratliff always takes time to listen and discuss any concerns that I might have. He is very thorough with his patients.

I always have a pleasant experience at Dr. Ratliff's office. He and his entire staff are professional and extremely cordial. I trust them completely with my health care.
