NYU Langone Medical Associates - Bayside

I seldom write reviews, only wen I feel something needs b pointed out,.. & I very much feel that I need 2 pt out how entire staff, was not only extremely professional, but truly kind and comforting... making the visit seem 2 pass in what seemed like a minute, as every staff member was engaged in turning the office and it's patients into feeling more like they were at home w their families, rather than being at a medical office w doctors and frustrated, overworked secretaries. I thank the medical asst whom assisted me, Michaela, as well as, a Super Special Thanx 2 the receptionist, Roxana, that helped me out so very much that day.... I had some setbacks w getting 2 my appt on time, I was almost an hr l8!.. and Roxana truly went beyond in continuing 2 help accommodate my situation as my troubles continued. So, I would obviously, most definitely, recommend this Bayside branch. Again, my thanx 2 the entire staff.

I have had an amazing experience with Monica Bueno, NP at NYU Langone - Bayside, serving as my primary care physician (PCP). She is very knowledgeable, has excellent bedside manner, ensures all of your questions and concerns are thoroughly addressed, she is very pleasant and kind, and really cares for her patients. She has excellent staff working with her across the medical assistants (MAs) and other nurses. They were all so great to work with - very professional and nice. They quickly took my labs and administered my flu vaccine. The office is very clean. The valet parking helps a lot given parking is not easy. I highly recommend seeing Monica Bueno, NP for your PCP needs. She is awesome!

Always friendly, on time and prompt with their appointments. Absolutely no waiting time. The office is very clean .
