The office staff at the 11 Ralph Place office is the worst front desk patient care. They didn't take the time to verify my insurance and canceled my appointment. Then I had Emblem Health on the phone with me for verification they made the appointment only for someone else to cancel my appointment the day before because the next biller couldn't find the verification. Obviously the staff doesn't work together and they don't make notes, Very Disappointing.
So back on March 23 I seen this doctor and unfortunately due to Covid we were unable to do a stress test very understandable pandemic happening. So then we set up a video conference on June 5 of this year and the doctor states we should get you in for a stress test on that date. Unfortunately I guess the doctor never told the secretaries or maybe he doesn't properly take notes because trying to set up a stress test appointment is like pulling teeth. Very complicated I know we're still not even post Covid but you know what's the point of visiting the doctor if they don't wanna perform their duties
Really disappointed with the service, my dad had an appointment for stress test and it was cancelled but they never called us to let us know! Thank God I called one day earlier to confirm the appointment then they told me that it was canceled! Unprofessional and lousy service
