Patient
I went to this office because I needed a stress test as part of requirements needed for my surgery. I walked into the office and I thought I recognized the woman sitting in the chair on the right, but she said NO. I said I was referred by my PCP to Dr. Marissa Ciuffo for a stress test. The woman asked me what kind of test, I said I wasn't sure, can you call my Dr. She said rudely It is the patient responsibility the get the script. Its not like they were so busy she couldn't help me out, there was no one in the waiting room and she didn't seem too busy except for staring at the computer.I told her my phone wasn't working. She didn't seem to care. I was told to sit in the waiting room and I would be called in shortly. I was called in immediately after by Dr. Ciuffo. Dr. Ciuffo was very nice. Dr. Ciuffo determined, based on my condition that I needed to have the stress test done in the hospital. Dr. Ciuffo went to the front desk with me in tow and asked the women at the front desk to call the hospital and see if they could get me in for a nuclear stress test. I was told that the scheduling department at the hospital was closed and that they would call the hospital the next morning to see if they had any availability two days later on 8/15/25. I was told they would call me the next morning. I said " my cell phone wasn't working and to take my home phone number. They took my home phone number down. I was finally able to call them at 4:15 on 8/13/25. I was on hold for approximately 48 minutes when someone picked up. I recognized the voice as the same woman who greeted me the day before and she recognized my voice and she said " you were the one that needed a stress test at Huntington hospital I said yes. She said we called and couldn't get an appointment. I said " how come nobody called me and she said it was an oversight. And I ended the call there. I guarantee you if they were able to get me an appointment they would've called me. If you can get passed the front desk, Dr. Ciuffo was great but otherwise I definitely wouldn't recommend. If I could give five stars for Dr. Ciuffo and -5 stars for the front desk I would.
