I wish there was a way to give this urgent care ZERO stars. I was seen there by a very immature and unprofessional young male physician assistant. I had a chest x-ray and he promised to call with the results, but he never did! I called multiple times, no one answers the phone. I left a message there and at headquarters and no one ever responded! Never again!!
Dr. Seniha Inan is an excellent doctor, and I highly recommend her. However, be warned that one of the receptionists at the 102-55 63rd Rd, Forest Hills location is not very friendly or welcoming. I have visited this office twice, and this has been my experience. Here's a tip for the receptionist: Be more friendly and welcoming, people coming in are dealing with health issues. The least you can do is offer a smile. Everyone else is great.
We have just switched to this clinic, the atmosphere is nice and the clinic is neat and clean. Dr. Deb is very friendly and thoroughly explains everything by taking her time.
This morning, I attempted to schedule an appointment with an OB-GYN. Despite speaking with and being transferred to FIVE individuals, I have been unable to successfully book the appointment. The process has been exceedingly frustrating, as I have spent one hour waiting and speaking with receptionists, yet have not received any solutions and have been given misleading information.
Friendly atmosphere. No long waits. I love Dr. Berman.
