I was here for an epidural injection to my lower back for herniated discs that were a result of a vehicle collision. I opted for local numbing instead of anesthesia. The doctors and nurses in pre-post/recovery area were professional and quick. The operating room had a great laid back casual kind of vibe which made me feel 100% confident that everythings okay. In spite of the chill vibe, the doctor and nurses were efficient and confident in their actions. It felt like everyone knew exactly what to do, when to do it, not even a hint of confusion or miscommunication. The whole procedure took about 5 minutes. I felt like a formula 1 racecar being worked on by a world class pit crew. The medical team deserves 5 stars. I chose 4 stars because I ended up waiting about 2 hours in the front office. The people behind the counter didn't seem to know much about the forms they asked me to fill out. I left a couple pages blank because it was making me agree to certain things that I didn't feel good about. They said its okay just leave it, which made me glad I actually took the time to read and re-read all the forms and understand exactly what I'm signing for. So aside from the waiting room experience, everything else was really great. I would return again in the future, but knowing I'll have to wait 2-3 hours, I'd bring along headphones and a movie to watch on my phone

Amazing Service! I just want to give a big shout-out to this wonderful lady at the office Her name Anna! . Instead of making me wait for hours like last time, she offered to personally give me a call when the doctor is ready. That kind of care and respect for people's time means everything. Super professional, kind, and really on top of things. Thank you so much -- I really appreciate it since my wife is pregnant and baby 2 year old was with me waiting this time .

Second visit here and I'm only here because it's a follow up to the first (annual physical) or else I would absolutely not come back. Awful patient care & customer service. Staff both at the desk and medical could not be bothered. Asked Dr Bernstein some questions and he passed on his judgements even laughing at one of them. Today I'm back- arrived 16 minutes before my appointment and waited over an hour to get seen. I asked the receptionist about half an hour in what was going on and was told "there's still 3 patients in front of you- I can call but I don't know what they'll say". Finally get seen for a not even minute review of my results. When I see the nurse, she doesn't even greet me. Tells me to sit. When I ask her if they're busy she says "yeah why?" I said because I've been waiting an hour and she says absolutely nothing back. Not even sorry. Asked them for a copy of my results and that alone is taking long with poor service once again. So as I stand here, let me help you- DO NOT COME HERE if you want the good care, experience, service, etc we all deserve during a health care visit. I understand things can happen but it's clear that this is just what they do if they can't even handle something as simple as an annual physical well.

Medex diagnostic is fantastic! The. Phyciatrist helped me with my behavior health issues after so much trauma and prison and my accident and head trauma I've lost myself and stress holidays and child wife etc family and therapy rehab nothing helped until I found finally the right place . Dr m is the best and they have even heart doctor , urologist doctor endocrinologist kind doctor . I will visit the edcorinolgisy for my thyroid next. I had positive experience, with The phyciatrist was Superb , after stabilizing medication, I've passed my exam after failing 4 times before and passed my state exam and The staff Anna was incredibly helpful instead waiting hours she called me while I went to the mall nearby. thank you !! Extremely disappointing experience On my very first visit, I waited three hours to be seen -- something I've never experienced at any other doctor's office. The man working at the front desk was rude and seemed like he hated his job. That's not the patients' fault, but it definitely affects the atmosphere and experience. When I finally saw Dr. Garcia, she mentioned she had only received my file 15 minutes before calling me in. While Dr. Garcia is knowledgeable, her bedside manner was extremely insensitive. I'm dealing with very high prolactin levels and needed medication to bring them down. When I expressed my concern about how this could affect my chances of having children, she bluntly said, "Oh, that's not happening." There's a way to speak to patients -- especially when it involves something as sensitive as fertility. A more compassionate response would've been, "Let's focus on getting your levels under control first, and we can revisit conception in the future." Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disheartened. When I returned for my blood work results, I waited another three hours to be seen! I kept asking different staff members for an update, and every single one of them said, "I don't work with Dr. Garcia," as if it wasn't their responsibility to help. It was incredibly frustrating and showed how unorganized and disconnected the office staff is. The entire experience made me feel like my time and health were not valued. This office is unprofessional, unorganized, and inconsiderate of patients' time. I will be finding a new endocrinologist who values both their patients and basic communication.
