Alex was a great help and I thought Dr. Syra Hanif and Dr. Dennis Ehrich were extremely professional and I loved the amount of time they spent with me explaining everything in detail. I did not feel rushed and I was made to feel extremely comfortable. I very much recommend Manhattan Medical Arts.

This center always gives me the nicest and most patient vibes. They care so much for their patients and always are willing to listen to your concerns and accommodate you accordingly. It is so easy to book online or just call because there's always somebody ready to assist you in getting you something that's most convenient. My whole family now goes to the PCP's here, all gender and age ranges welcome for adults.

I really wanted this clinic to be reliable, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. The waiting time was much longer than what I was told, even though I had an appointment. When I finally saw the doctor, the interaction felt rushed, almost like I was being moved along an assembly line. I wasn't given clear explanations, and I left with more confusion than answers. Healthcare should feel supportive, informative, and human. Instead, this felt transactional. I hope they improve patient communication and scheduling, because those changes would make a big difference. Would not recommend until improvements are made.

Spoke to Alex Brown, customer service representative for Medical Arts re: Initial appt for my brother. Alex checked his health insurance coverage and confirmed that their medical providers are in network. Scheduled appt for second week in December, 2025. The only good doctor here is Dr.Crystal. It's beyond ridiculous how they charge a copay for literally seeing you for 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes the examination room, to be seen for 5 minutes. What upsets me the most is their fluctuation in pricing. They basically just stole an extra $100 from me because they refused to honor the prices from my previous weight-loss visits. They also refused to send in my records to my insurance company so that they can approve my prescription (never got approved) because they wanted me to buy the medication directly from them, which I have stupidly been doing. There are so many other, more affordable doctors. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go to a different practice. They also harass you for a review! Well now they finally have one from me -- an honest one. This place is incredibly inconsistent. Not what you seek in a medical practice. Go somewhere else please.
