Got there at 9:40am with my father for a 10:00am appointment and waited till 1pm and wasnt even called had to leave because my father was already getting tired. I know Doctors are busy but not everyone is a healthy person to be waiting 3+ hours for there appointment when its suppose to be a scheduled time. Not all but even the ladies in the front where very rude when asked a simple question.

Very satisfied with the treatment and service. The Doctors are very thorough and courteous. My Doctor who is Doctor Pollono has treated me for nearly 3 years. He has excellent manners and takes time with his patients and when one treatment doesn't work , he tries other options. I highly recommend this facility.

The long wait in history of doctors, extremely slow, allow a 4 hour minimum from arrival to departure. Dr Leon hard to understand and bedside manner is short and not so sweet. Everyone is very nice but the wait and scheduling times are outrageous..

I used to really like this practice. But then, my caring physician was driven out because he did not see enough patients. Don't have to worry about that now because now they don't even see patients. And I am not just talking about in the office. My husband was not seen in two days in ICU and regular hospital room! I expect to be seen IN PERSON while in hospital. Follow up appointments are by phone now due to personal preference of Dr. Leon. Note, other cardiologists in town will see you in person. Can't really do an EKG over the phone. Isn't that the first thing they always do when you WALK INTO a cardiologist office?

It is a wait there no lie about it but they care and are compassionate and explain throughly. People have to realize that there patients are mostly older people and some times it takes awhile explaining things to them. So that way the the patients don't leave confuse and unsure what going on. It show they care the doctor and staff. So big thanks to them for taking time for my mom.
