Dr Cannon is really off putting and makes you feel like you're a bad person because you seek his help. I pretty much got lectured about how my heart problems are my fault even though it's genetics and I had my first MI(heart attack) at 23. I'm 33 now with 3 stints and feel bad about scheduling with this clinic. They don't have any immediate availability and usually schedule you three to six months out at a time. They have no echocardiogram technicians and constantly reschedule your appointments. I have been waiting for seven months to be scheduled for an echo. Now I'm having a bad tooth infection which concerns my heart but neither Dr Cannon or Kim Miller will see me or approve my dentist request to proceed with the surgery. So if I die because of this just know I hold Craig and Kimberley personally responsible.

If IF you ever see a Dr they are fine. The problem is they double and triple book. You are ALWAYS rescheduled. An appointment for 3 months a way turns into 6months turns into 9 months. I have NEVER been to the original scheduled appointment it is ALWAYS rescheduled. Do NOT go here. Find someone else that has scheduling policies that actually care.

Inconsistent. Some practitioners like Kimberly are terrific. Dr. Cannon no personality. Hard to reach much of the time. As with much of Mt. View there are glitches way too often.

This is a very unprofessional organization. I have been trying to get records for more than 6 weeks after moving to SC and no one seems to be able to help. I am promised records will be ready "next week" and the "office manager will be contacting you", "she's in a meeting" (last three phone calls) and "I am unable to transfer you." If I could rate them a zero I would. I started the process in July at the request of my son's college athletic trainer and it is now September 8th. I have made no less than eight calls. Terrible service. Look elsewhere.

I saw Dr. D'Antonio for a cardiac clearance. He is thorough and describes in detail if you do not understand something he is saying because it is not in layman's terms. He can even tell by the look on your face, if you do not understand, he will be certain you do before moving on to the next topic. Dr. D'Antonio drew me diagrams and explained so I would understand. The staff is amazing!!! I was to have a medical assistant visit a week later, I was scheduled in the afternoon and because I was in the area and finished early with another appointment, walked in and asked if I could have my visit then while I was in the building, without hesitation the medical assistant (wish I could remember her name!) brought me back to the room, looked and my document, went to the provider and I left the office with my clearance paper. She could have turned me away and chose not to! Thank you! For an amazing visit and service!
