Lung Specialists Of Las Cruces

My husband and I are very pleased with the Lung Specialist - Dr Jamie Lujan. I'm so glad that we were able to get in to see her. She has helped my husband tremendously. He has for a long time not been able to breath to even just to walk around without having difficulties in breathing. He is able now to breath and enjoy walking around. Dr Lujan is very professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for expertise in getting my husband back on his feet, very much appreciated.

Jaime Lujan is awesome but getting a message to her or har medical assistant has been very difficult. I called for a week and a half trying to get my husband's inhaler refilled with no luck. I finally had to go to the office and attempt to talk to Jaime Lujan and it her medical assistant. The front desk refused to let me speak to either Ms. Lujan or the medical assistant. The receptionist told me, again, she would give the medical assistant the request for my husband's inhaler. I told her I wasn't leaving the office until I had written verification that the prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. I waited about 5 minutes when she handed me the printed verification. While I was waiting for my verification an older gentleman came in needing medication refills. He said he had been calling regularly for 2 months trying to get his refills. Something is not right in that office and I hope the Doctor gets this problem taken care of quickly.

Don't go here if you have an illness and no support. This office is ran horribly. When you bring any issues to the doctor's attention with their staff and their failure to follow through on things that affect your care, they defend their staffs incompetence instead of correcting their behaviors. I had the unfortunate experience with taking my mother there. If I could have changed doctors, I would have but we were too far down the road to do that. She died and they could have cared less for how the treated her in life and never had the decency to contact me after her death to own up to their poor handling.

I see Dr. Orellano..... he is wonderful !! Their office is busy and at times appointments are canceled due to emergencies or scheduling issues. Due to shortages of doctors, my doc works more hours in one week than most put in during two weeks. He usually has patientsin both hospitals and those in his private practice. You are right, you don't have to come to their office, but you'll be missing out on excellent care !!!

Dr Orellana is a true professional. I like him very much & his entire staff is great too. Highly recommend
