We had to reschedule my husband's appointment two times already. We do not live in Las Cruces we have to drive there for the appointment we have to take time off work just to make these appointments. The first appointment we were 10 minutes late had called ahead to advised that we are stuck in construction that we knew nothing about and when we got there they told us we had to reschedule. Went up there yesterday for his appointment got their 45 minutes early sat there and waited for over 2 hours to not be seen and a lady walked in an hour after we did 30 minutes late for her appointment and they took her first. My husband had a heart attack in September and now he can't see a cardiologist until December. this office has no accountability responsibility and they are carefree with cardiac patients. Every time we approach the front desk asking about how long they advised that they would email the back to see what was going on and never got back to us every time we walked up to see what was the status of the email they said we haven't heard anything back this office is trying to kill people. Dr Kim Miller before you respond like you do to everyone else saying please call this number so we can resolve this issue you guys don't return the calls and you don't answer it so don't say call.

Kimberly is the first practitioner who got me on repatha which for the first time in my life lowered it. She also dealt with my other heart issues and facilitated me getting a pacemaker/defibrillator. I'm so grateful to have found her. Highly recommended!

Dr. Miller is a GREAT human being aside from being a FANTASTIC doctor! She has a very calming demeanor and doesn't beat around the bush. If any issues arise she makes sure it gets resolved. I have friends and coworkers and have met people through facilitating my job who have shared the same sentiments when discussions of personal health turn to this topic. So happy her office is in Las Cruces!! Thanks Doc!!
