Patient
I have been a patient at Nashua Center for Internal Medicine for the past three years, and my experience with the providers themselves has generally been fine. However, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and billing communication. When I recently asked reasonable questions about a billing issue related to my annual physical, the responses I received were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of clearly explaining the charge or reviewing the concern, I was repeatedly told to contact my insurance, without any effort to clarify the situation from the office's side. As a long-term patient, I expected more professionalism and respect when asking questions about billing especially for a preventive visit. The lack of clear communication and the tone used by the billing/customer service staff were very frustrating and unnecessary. I hope the clinic improves how billing concerns are handled and trains staff to communicate more respectfully with patients.
