I'd been having a chronic debilitating headache and pain/pressure behind my eyes and ears that lasted from the time I woke up until going to bed. I could hardly move without having the pain get drastically worse. I was unable to work, live my life, or care for my family as I needed to be doing. This had been going on for over a month while I waited to see an ENT. Over a month of chronic pain and headache.
When Dr Cardeiro walked in the room, he was confrontational and rude, said I'm wasting his time & REFUSED to even check me out and didn't even look in my ears/nose after I had just waited for 3 hours and was in terrible pain.
He said I needed to go to ENT, and I told him I have an appointment and I've been waiting to see one, but the pain and symptoms keep getting worse and I have run out of options, hence coming to the ER.
I had to BEG him to give me a CT scan which showed that I had pansinusitis and needed to start on a strong antibiotic right away. He didn't even apologize.

Worst experience I've ever had in my
Life. This guy was so nasty and degrading to me when I went into the E.R. He belittled me and talked down to me to the point that I was so uncomfortable and upset that I left and went to another hospital after I waited to be seen for 4 hours in the waiting room. The next hospital was wonderful and helped me right away. I hope this doctor knows the infection that he laughed at me for "thinking" I had was detected in my bloodwork at the second hospital. This guy should not be a doctor and certainly shouldn't be working with sick vulnerable people.

So rude and condescending. Worst bedside manners. Patient was a pediatric patient by the way, not sure why he is a doctor, he obviously hates his job.
