These people just want your money when it's convenient for them. When we moved out of area, we were told by people in the office there would be assistance with transferring care to a local doctor in our new area. However, this was a lie. When time came for an appointment to be arranged in the new area, these people were zero help. We were basically told to google the new area cardiology clinic and make an appointment for ourselves. Omaha cardiology obviously has the market on in area cardiology for pediatrics. However, they are not concerned with keeping their word and helping patients who move out of area.
