NOT a positive experience. Bad bedside manner. Condescending. Patronizing. Admonished me for taking the medication her office prescribed me, as if I had some control over what is prescribed to/for me. I wouldn't recommend her, or anyone from Lakeside Cardiology. Noone seems to know what what the heck the other staff are doing. Agarwal, Bingi Stearns, they all contradict each other which makes an already trying, stressful, and potentially scary situation worse. Go somewhere else.
I had been seeing Dr. Guneet Van de Graaff for my Cardiology care and was very disappointed to learn she was no longer at CHI. I saw Kyoko Sterns for my annual visit instead. I thought she did a thorough examination and asked appropriate questions about my health and current cardiac status. She was professional, personable and answered all of my questions.
I enjoy Kyoko's pleasant nature. I also feel like she takes an interest in me and my well being.
Very warm, professional, knowledgeable. Took her time and answered my questions. Highly recommend!
