Absolutely drops the ball. Doesn't hear anything you say and just pushes you off to another date months and months away that they don't ever have a schedule for. You can't get through to the office or get a return call in any appropriate time frame. You're better off looking elsewhere. Trust me when I say they absolutely don't care.

Been a patient here for years and so was my husband. Used to be a great practice. I was sent to the hospital via an ambulance in May while on vacation and chose not to have a battery of tests done and come home and see Dr Brown. I made an appt when I got home and it took nearly 2 months to get in. Today they call me while I am literally driving to my appt and say "sorry we can't see you today since you haven't been here in a while you're a new patient". I've had the appt for almost 2 months and they only figure that out 30 minutes before I'm supposed to be there? The right thing to do would have been to go ahead and see me but I guess this practice isn't interested in doing the right thing. The front and back office will ruin a Dr's office for you everytime. It's rarely the physicians fault. I will be finding a more competent office going forward. That is deplorable customer service. No one seems to want to do the right thing anymore sadly.

I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Dr. Brown was very nice and took the time to listen to and discuss my symptoms and concerns. He immediately had people contact me to schedule tests. I feel very fortunate to be his patient!! His staff were very friendly, helpful and respectful.

Dr. Brown is amazing. I feel he has saved my husbands life multi times. The girls up front is very professional and helpful. The whole staff is caring and works hard to give the patients the best of care.
