MedStar Health: Pain Management at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center

This was my first time ever with Pain Management. The receptionist was very nice and polite to myself and my mom. The nurse who brought me to the room was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Hansen, PA who I sadly forgot her name. She was fantastic and I liked her instantly. Then Dr. Hansen came in. Very professional but also a very nice bed side manner. Very pleased with this office and my first time with Pain Management. Highly recommend this Office at Franklin Square Hospital.

I had a great experience from the lobby to the doctor office .Every one was so friendly and delightful to me they made me feel good inside . The Doctor and the nurse really explained everything and walk and talk me through what I was going through. And please give a big star to the transport team. They where so attentive and pleasant. The ladies in the gift shop where also kind .If i can rate this hospital from 1-10. I would give them the biggest 10 .Thank you MedStar Franklin Square please keep showing you care about the patients

She was empathetic regarding my additional medical issues, I needed this desperately. After discussing my medical concerns with my arm and shoulder pain she suggested an MRI and go from there. I would recommend her. Dr Hansen you have a great assistant. Thank you

Staff very detailed and efficient about your care and they genuinely care about ur concerns and definitely take the time to address them and when you leave you are fully knowledgeable of your pain management and what to expect with the healing and recovery

My first visit at this office today for a consultation and schedule treatment. I was very pleased with the professional service I experienced with the front desk, nurse practitioner and Dr Hansen. I look forward to having my pain issue resolved.
