So far Dr. Chi Chi and Brenda from the front desk have been very supportive and understanding in my needs. Timely and communicative. Clean and welcoming office area. Very professional and caring. I recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chi Chi and Ms.Brenda. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such warmth, care, and professionalism. Dr. Chi Chi approached all of my concerns with the highest level of compassion and expertise. She took the time to listen, truly understand my needs, and made me feel completely supported throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being were clear in every interaction. A special thank you to Ms. Brenda as well -- she was absolutely wonderful! Her kindness, patience, and welcoming spirit made my experience even more positive. It's rare to find a team that works together so seamlessly to make patients feel valued, comfortable, and cared for. I am deeply grateful for the care I received from Dr. Chi Chi and her staff. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that left me feeling uplifted and reassured. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for truly exceptional care!

Dr. Chi Chi is not a bad doctor if you only need to go for annual visits and occasional blood work. However, if you run into any other problems, she is not helpful and she doesn't take notes on her patients. If you appear to be crazy in her eyes, she will send you to her best friend, who is a psychiatrist. I explained on several occasions that I did not want anxiety medication due to it causing abdominal pain during past use. She still continued to push for it, as if she didn't have any notes about my complaints regarding the medication. She also gave me a hard time if I requested specific blood work due to private health concerns. She asked for details instead of just processing the form. Once I would explain, she would make a snarky comment, as if she was trying to say that I was incompetent. My final straw with her was my last visit to her office. I complained about a random dullness in my right ankle. Instead of writing down my concern or even seeming concerned with me, she said, "I see you gained weight". I responded, "Yeah". She replied, "What happened there?" I explained how I was in my last semester of college (just graduated in December) and I didn't have time to work out or focus on a restricted diet. She told me how that can cause the problem I was having. In a way, I understood what she was saying, but my therapist said that doctors need to stop going straight to believing your weight is the underlying issue to your problems. As far as my weight is concerned, I am in the 170s with a 5'5" height. I am considered to be "overweight" for my height and age, but I do not physically look overweight or unhealthy. Everyone I come across tells me how I don't need to work out because I have a nice shape, etc. With all that said, I no longer have a desire to keep her as my PCP. She was not considerate of my feelings and she came off more as a bully than a doctor at times. I liked Ms. Brenda more. She was very friendly and always so professional when I called or walked through the door.

Dr. Chi-Chi and her staff are the best! Dr. Chi-Chi took care of my mother, As that is how I met her. Dr. Chi-Chi is thorough, extends great patience, she is helpful and she actually listen to her patients. Dr. Chi-Chi is honest and accommodating. Overall, I am more than pleased and I would highly recommend her services. Thank you much appreciated.

Horrible experience, she did not listened to my problems and told me to go "find a solution to my issues". She was very rude, thought she knew everything. She also claim I did not have health issues because my parents were healthy. Mind you I'm in my 30s with kids but because of my small stature, she made abrupt assumption.
