i went in yesterday for my heart appointment due to having pots, the nurses were so amazing & nice, but i seen Dr. Jones he seemed like he had an attitude, i was trying to explain to him that i've had this since i was middle school & he cut me off saying he didn't want to hear it. also seemed like he was making fun of my doctors office, i go to the children's doctor at the age of 20 & he goes "childrens doctor ?, at 20 ?" it may have been worded differently but it seemed rude & i was offended by it.

After dealing with an issue for three years, i still have no explanations or answers. The Dr that i have seen here does not seem to care to try and help me get answers. I went in to have a stress test done only to be told i wasn't scheduled for that, and that there's no need for me to be seen because, "I'm young" and have already had an echo in the past. THIS is the problem with some Dr.'s, and why self advocacy is so important. Their egos get in the way on treating patients with human decency. No one even tried to accommodate me by trying to make the stress test work that my PCP DID order. This was a scheduling error on this practices end, not mine or my PCP. I'm very disappointed and will not be retuning to this office or recommending anyone i care about to be seen here.

I had a wonderful experience at Hagerstown Heart. Monique, the technician who performed my echocardiogram, was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease the entire time. She talked me through the entire scan, which made the experience so much more comfortable and personal. Monique truly went above and beyond--something that's hard to find these days. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you for the excellent care!

Went in for possible heart issues to get checked out. Doctor discussed a plan to get a series of tests to diagnose some strange symptoms I was having then promptly forgot to put all of it in my chart. They called 6 weeks later to schedule only one of the tests he discussed. Waste of time and hundreds of dollars for a 2 minute visit.

I was referred to MHH because my physician was concerned about my heart palpitations and something on my EKG. The nurse & the nice lady who did my echocardiogram were both very nice. The Dr was so/so, he didn't seem to really care. I felt like I was just wasting his time. After returning the heart monitor my chart alerted me that I had a test result. Logged on and it said the Dr had spoke with me. No one had called me. The next day the nurse called and said the Dr didn't see anything, have a nice day. I said guess I'm faking my symptoms then. They didn't offer anything, no call if you have any other issues or anything. I definitely felt like my health didn't matter and I will not return there
