I've called them 3 times now to schedule heart rehab after I had CABG surgery May 5. I was released by Dr. Jones May 21st for rehab. Now it's been over 7 weeks without any appointments scheduled. Might as well forget about it now.
About Dr. Cardiac Rehabilitation
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is a lifestyle modification and rehabilitation program for patients recovering from a heart attack, coronary bypass surgery or balloon angioplasty. Our program is nationally certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR). The program consists of a three day a week monitored exercise program supervised by a cardiac rehabilitation nurse. In addition to the exercise portion of the program, patients and family members, are encouraged to attend the education classes which focus on healthy lifestyle choices. Our goal is to improve the health and quality of life of cardiac patients.
