Piedmont Heart at Summerville - Professional Center

Saw my cardiologist, Dr Mac Bowman, today for yearly checkup. He is hands down the best physician I have ever met. (My GP, if you read this, you're a close second.) Dr Bowman is never in a hurry. Explains everything in layman terms. He takes as much time as needed to ensure you understand whatever is being discussed. Goes over my labs and develops a plan and involves me in that discussion. I cannot say enough good about Dr Bowman. He knows the heart backwards, forwards, upside down and sideways. He is a walking/talking medical encyclopedia! I hope Piedmont Hospital realizes what a treasure he is to all of his patients.

I absolutely love Dr. Baman and would highly recommend anyone who has cardiovascular problems to him. He's been very patient and working with me on some issues with my heart this year and I've greatly appreciated his patience with me he is very professional and has a great bedside manner and is obviously very knowledgeable in his field of Cardiology

Dr Bowman and his staff are friendly and very professional. I feel that the staff enjoy their work. They smile and make you feel welcome. Dr Bowman is a top notch Cardiologist. I have known him for many years, and as a patient who has had open heart surgery, I need a great doctor. I feel lucky to have him as my doctor.
