Bill at the Piedmont Device Clinic in Evans is outstanding. He explains everything clearly so we feel confident and informed. His friendly, people-first personality makes every visit comfortable, and he even provides his phone number in case we have questions afterward. I read numerous patient reviews and looked at the ratings to help me select a cardiologist. I couldn't be more pleased with my selection, Dr. Walter's. From check-in to check-out every one is very friendly, professional and caring. You're never rushed and they are very thorough with testing, gathering information from your primary care physician since I had a physical just about 3 weeks ago and getting all the information they can from past tests results. I'm still under their care and feel I made an excellent selection.
My follow up visit with Piedmont Heart was uneventful. The front staff were pleasant and helpful. The visit just didn't feel as comfortable as those I have experienced with my former heart care specialist.
Dr. Lightsey and his staff were very attentive and caring. My wife and I had a very productive and positive experience at his office discussing my upcoming surgery. His nurse, Ms. Felicia, especially took time and opportunity to explain how I could get any additional questions I might think of later, answered through the Piedmont app. She said that she'd personally route any questions received through Dr. Lightsey and get back to me ASAP with an answer. I appreciate her positive, can-do attitude, which is so rare these days. The CNA as well, was kind and efficient. The front desk clerks were courteous as well. Thank you, this staff is #1.
