We visit Dr. Akhter , and our nurse Vanessa, it's the absolutely best! She is kind, she is patient, and mostly a joy to be around. She makes my mother feel very comfortable and explains everything in detail to us!! Thank you Vanessa for being the best nurse ever.
My mother had an appointment today at the advance heart clinic. We get here and they said she didn't have it today it would be the 5th. Rude receptionist, horrible customer service! They said they sent a letter, no letter was ever sent! This is the 2nd time they cancel or change our appointment with no notice! I will change cardiologist, so unprofessional.
