Typically a doctor's office should be clean... Restrooms are filthy, don't have toilet paper, faucets don't work properly so how does hand washing happen??? I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to see that the doctor I was supposed to visit had a patient scheduled every TEN minutes. There are still 2 patients before me in line, and I have been waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. Haven't even seen the doctor yet, but I honestly can't see this experience getting better. Honor the time of your patients, Augusta health Specialists. This is disgraceful.

They just moved offices, and I think this resolved a lot of the previous issues they may have had based on reviews I'm seeing. At their new location across the street, it was clean and bright, easily accessible, and everyone was respectful and pleasant to work with.

If you value your time, this office is not for you. If you like phone calls returned, this office is not for you. If you like your time wasted or hunting people down for info, then this is the place for you! The worst experience to date with any kind of doctor's office.

The doctors are great but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Being on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone is absurd.

Absolutely terrible. Was referred to them by the hospital for a large kidney stone. They told me they couldn't see me for almost three weeks.
