Dr. Platt did an exceptional job with my husband's implant. What I appreciate most about Dr. Platt and his staff in his accessibility. Unlike most specialists in the Palm Beach area, an actual person answers the phone in his office, and he personally attends his patients. This might seem obvious, but it is not a given!

This physician walked into my son's hospital room, immediately attacked my DIL accusing her of wanting a pacemaker for her husband (she never mentioned it to anyone, the previous cardiologist said it could be a possibility). Then attacked my son for worrying about his bradycardia and belittled him for not just sucking it up and taking it. Not concerned about his chest pains or his numbness or his tingling in his arms. I would not recommend anyone going to him. If I could say no stars. I would.

I went to Dr. Platt because I was in afib that started in morning. The receptionist turned me away because I had an unpaid balance from checking my implanted cardiac device. This occurred because my insurance had expired, which I did not know of. I was asked to pay cash for visit, or he would not see me. I guess its all the about the money with him. I understand it is a business, but come on.... I guess if you are looking for a more compassionate doctor who actually cares about his patients, you might want to look elsewhere. How hard would it be to get an EKG and put me on dig and warfarin. Never again will I go there. My battery ran out on my device and he is only electrophysiologist on provider list and I refuse to go there.

They did return my phone call finally there was an insurance issue. I met with Dr Platt and he's very straightforward takes time to answer all your questions and and keeps their appointments on
