When our baby was she was diagnosed with tetralogy of Fallot. The physician explained she was not getting enough oxygen in her lungs and as a result blood entering her body was not adequate. We were also told the pulmonary artery was narrow and it was critical. We were also told there was more than one defect. This is how we met Dr. Burke. She was transferred by air so Dr. Burke could operate on her. Dr. Burke was amazing and we learned his success rate is very (almost one hundred percent) and he has performed thousands of open-heart surgeries on children and performs approximately a few hundred every year. We are blessed. Everything was a success. Dr. Burke and everyone who is part of his team are wonderful and personable.

Dr. Burke is an outstanding Doctor. He repaired our son's heart at 5 months of age (Tetrology of Fallot) before the surgery he took the time to meet, answered all our questions and explained the surgery detailed. After the surgery he explained and showed us what he did and checked in with us frequently while we were in the CICU. I highly recommend Dr. Burke and the entire team at CICU Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami.

My son has his surgery to repair his left coronary,I was worry, but after I read some of Dr.Burkes Review I m getting strong, after God Dr. Burkes is my son's savior,The best Doctor ever, proud of him.
