My first appointment here was with my newborn daughter and had to come back a couple days later for a weight check. We had seen Nurse practitioner Ashley - I believe her name was. I did not have a good experience and twice my concerns about my daughter were dismissed and given a "by the book answer." I switched doctors and was put with Dr Terazi, I told immediately my concerned were valid and the doctor was also concerned. We developed a plan to helped my daughter and so far have been having a great experience. She is thorough in her examinations, listens to mothers, respected my wishes to breast feed and helped me create a plan going forward. It's concerning as a pediatric office mothers are often times dismissed and told "its normal" when it very well is not.
