Dr. Henry Isiocha

I have been going to Dr Isiocha for 10 years. Dr Isiocha and his staff has always been very nice and respectful towards me. I have called at the last minute and was able to get a visit that day. Dr Isiocha is also my kids Dr. This Doctors office makes me and my kids feel like family.

Honestly I hate leaving reviews but this was by far the worst experience I've had with a physician. I first went late October after calling 15 times to book an appointment and no one picked up. I drove to the office. I was told by the doctor that I needed an appointment. I said I called for weeks and no one picked up. He said sorry to hear that let's get you in November 16 for an appointment. I said what time? He said between 10-12. I arrived at 11 and the office was closed with no instructions why it was closed. I called ten times today and of course no answer. Such a horrible experience and I drove an hour to get here.

Dr. Isiocha has great bedside manners. He truly cares about his patients and promotes shared decision making.

Horrible bed side manner. Horrible reception, no proffessionalism. Called to make a appointment and his phone was disconnected. I think he moved dont know . Called today and the continuously informed me to hold on, i back after 5 mins and still no appt..mean while in having reaction from the antibiotic that med express has given me for " pnemonia".

Make your appointment as you leave because there's a great chance the office will be closed or the phone will be busy CONSTANTLY and if the office does answer, the average hold time I've had is literally 15-23 minutes. They need a few more staff members because it's quite ridiculous.
