My first appointment with Shawn Blackburn was awesome. My appointment was for 1:45, I arrived about 1:20pm, was seen and received my EKG by 1:35, and checking out at 1:50pm. I never felt rushed, and both nurse and PA Blackburn were thorough and informative. I received the results of all of my tests, and labs, and left feeling very confident in my providers.

Not being familiar with the Dover area, maneuvering around the construction adjacent to the facility was confusing. The staff was pleasant. The required paperwork redundant as I was filling out information that was just confirmed at the check in desk. Five stars because Dr. Miller was thorough and informative. The appointment was not rushed and I feel very confident about being his patient.

This office is run so professionally. I have had four appointments with this office in the last 10 months. I have been taken at or before my appointment time and from the person who checks me in, the tech that takes my vitals, to the doctor I see, my experience has been excellent. My thanks to an office who values their patients time.

A truly wonderful experience. We saw a new provider and we're worried about not seeing dr Grewal but are very impressed with Dr. Blackburn The new staff and he were all top notch and very accommodating Highest rating and would recommend this practice and have done so. After 26 years of seeing Dr Grewal we pray for him.

They were very respectful, and informative. Explained what they observed and the tests they want to perform. Talked about possible outcomes. I did not feel rushed, or leave with unanswered questions.
