Absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of this office. I'm not sure where they get off trying to call a patient and tell them they are unhappy with a perfectly calm and acceptable message on their MyChart message board but I would not and will not use this medical facility for anything again. Absolutely terrible and awful customer service. Use at your own risk or better yet find a different provider. For the record doctor Amit was awesome. The administrators are terrible.
Janet, new patient coordinator, doesn't answer the phone called for a month several times a day, calls back days later, apparently the practice is avoiding new patients and putting our health at risk. Did make contact, started in Dec, finally spoke to Janet a month later. Calling daily, incredible bad luck .. apparently.
Terrible. Would not recommend. I called for 2 days straight trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. No one answered. I left multiple voicemails and no one returned my calls. Had to go to a new cardiologist.
Hard time getting through to office to make app abd feel very rushed through appointments. Going elsewhere.
I only go here for Betzaida Riley even when I'm not sick.
