When I moved to Carlsbad I had to get all new doctors. Dr. Sachs referred me to the best doctors in the area. His annual exam is 2 hours un-interrupted as he goes every detail of my health care. So many improvements in my health care are a direct result of his interest in my wellbeing. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Sachs as my doctor.

Dr. Sachs provides the broadest and most detailed physical exams of any doctor I have ever had (at 80 yrs old there were many) including the corporate exams during my career. He takes time during the reviews to answer all questions and provides additional written medical information on diagnostics he anticipates may be an issue. I know I can have any discussion on my medical situation with him and he will take the time to listen and answer my questions.
Dr Sachs is an exceptionally experienced and knowledgeable physician. He has been my primary care physician for 10 years, and I feel fortunate to have him overseeing my health and wellness plan. He is every bit as dedicated to keeping his patients healthy as he is to treating their issues. As a patient, I always feel that Dr. Sachs is happy to invest whatever time my wife and I need to understand our test results and how we should respond to them. He is as dedicated a student of the latest trends in wellness as he is a provider of wellness advice. I cannot recommend Dr. Sachs more highly as a primary care physician.
In the era of physicians who do not take the time to carefully listen to your concerns and deal with them, Dr. Sachs is an anomaly as he is VERY attentive to patient needs. He pulls no punches and is very direct but couches things in humor. MDVIP and Dr. Sachs have been a real Godsend and comfort to me and I am thankful that they are my go to people.
