Patient
Dr. Bulibek became my cardiologist after performing a stent surgery in 2022. i did not choose him. I've learned since then that the doctor that performs an emergency stent operation becomes your cardiologist by default. After 3 years, I fired Bulibek as my cardiologist. The only way to communicate with Bulibek is through the patient online portal. Always through an office tech, never directly with Bulibek himself. He does not considers patients concerns at all. When I messaged him that I was experiencing crushing fatigue from Atorvastatin (lipitor) he told me (through his tech on the portal) to just keep taking it. It takes up to 3 months to see him in person through an appointment. This last time my appointment was cancelled 3 days before and rescheduled for another two months later. Dr. Bulibek may be a good cardiac surgeon (that's only a guess, as I have not died yet), but he is a brutally awful attending cardiologist. Look elsewhere if you want a cardiologist that cares about their patients.
