This is my first time visiting Dr. Sachs. I felt that he was very kind to me and even looked up my medical records. I felt he was very professional and efficient. He took the time to listen to my health concerns. Thanks to my Medical Assistant that took the time to go over my medical history. She is a great asset to the time. This is an outstanding group of people and I was treated with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend.

UCHealth is an absolute joke. Scheduled me with an NP for an annual exam because my PCP is never avaliable, then made me go to my car to call insurance to confirm if the provider was a network provider....because they didn't know and couldn't check, even though my PCP is a provider. Demanded i sign that anything that wasn't wellness related would trigger copay and deductible, but refused to tell me what's considered wellness. Tried to tell me a PAP smear isn't wellness and wouldn't be done unless I scheduled a second appointment....with a copay and deductible. Added a junk code to trigger copay and deductible, which my insurance removed, after I refused to discuss anything so I wouldn't get charged. Called and told me my mammogram was negative for nicotine and laughed after they discovered their dictation error ( they meant malignancy, not nicotine) but not before they treated me like a moron and tried to explain that they tested me for nicotine during my mammogram. Failed to refill my Rx, which is why I went in to begin with. Watch your billing, don't trust test results and report them ro appropriate regulatory board. Cheyenne deserves better. Lillian Devine is hands down the worst, most incompetent, uncaring provider I have ever seen.

The staff and facilities are amazing the doctor is saw (Dr. Sachs) not as much. He was very arrogant and didnt listen to my concerns at all, as a matter of fact he genuinely did not even seem interested in what I was saying.

I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from Dr. Robert Sachs and his team. My wife submitted a simple Certificate of Health and spent over a week calling, messaging, and even visiting the office with no resolution. The staff gave dismissive excuses, and the head nurse admitted it "might be on his desk or inbox." This neglect and failure to communicate are unacceptable, and we will no longer entrust Dr. Sachs with her care.
