Edit: being seen for a hives-like rash is not worth the $470 bill. This is an insane bill for a predisone prescription. Also, 'patient experience' never got back to me when I reached out after their response. They're fast, little wait time. Not the place to go if you need more than acute care, based on the two providers I've seen. The first doctor I saw there referred me to a rheumatologist with a long wait list. When I later made an appointment with Rachel to be seen quickly, I didn't know she was only available for acute care. She just said I needed to see a rheumatologist, knowing I was waiting for an appointment months away. When I asked about potential organ damage while waiting, she only gave a snarky remark instead of information. Not a pleasant experience. Was work to get information from her. It's an expensive gamble to be seen here. $300 for the first doctor who only offered referrals for things my GPs in other states helped manage.

Great, friendly staff at the office. I was taken back to the exam room within minutes of my arrival. The Nurse took my vitals and asked if I had any pain and issues. She then let me know she would let the doctor know I was ready. A couple minutes later the doctor walked in. Dr Harrison is friendly, caring and listened to what I said. If you are looking for a primary care physician please checkout Dr Harrison.

I have been coming to this office for over 20 years. Shannon Cook is my primary care physician and I am grateful for her everyday. Not only does she keep me healthier than I would be without her, during my bout with cancer, she devoted healthcare to me along with my oncologist. If I need an answer to any questions, I can count on her. The support team is also pleasant and easy to work with.

The whole experience is pleasant and always treated with respect. I always know exactly what's going on with me and what I need to do to correct it. Or how he'll correct it. I never dread going I'm always pleased when I leave. He compares no other than to my old family doctor which is hard to beat.
