Scheduling visit was easy and day of appointment was on time anticipated. Dr had good discussion with us and gave us great advice regarding our health issues and how to move forward. Reviewed our current meds and updated our RX records and changes. This small family clinic has very nice and knowledgeable staff! Been going there for many years!!
By far one of the worst experiences as a new patient! Every text message they sends states it's from Cheyenne regional medical so when I come to Cheyenne regional medical for my first appointment it turns out this is not where I'm supposed to be. Not to mention the fact that I booked the appointment in March for June because that was the earliest available. Because their communication does not include their address now the earliest available is September. The funny thing is that they also sent me a bill in advance of my appointment and then when I called the number on the bill to ask questions about though, no one could help me.
I have sent all my family and friends to Dr Stampfli. He is always kind thorough and provides thoughtful care. I feel lucky to have his caring team help me with all my general medical needs. Highly recommend.
My visit with Dr Samplie was very good and thorough he listens to what you have to say and does a very good job. His staff is very good. Just a good place to go for a doctor visit. He has always been a very good doctor to me.
Dr Stock is an example of what all other providers should strive towards! He actually cares! Listens! He's curious and eager to problem solve! Compassionate with difficult issues! So very fortunate to have him as our provider! PLEASE Keep this guy happy so this one stays!!!! I do have to say that the drawback is that appt availability is a real problem at this clinic :( ... very difficult to get in to Dr Stock in a timely manner I really hope you can fix that please
