After a long stretch of frustration with skin issues, we finally decided to visit the Cheyenne Skin Clinic--and I'm so glad we did. The staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. From day one, we felt heard, supported, and grateful we made the switch. Highly recommend!

Michelle PA provided my services and she was fabulous. After reviewing my medical history she gave a very thorough exam. I really appreciated that she checked everything without me asking. She did find a spot on my face worth doing a biopsy . She gave one of the best check up appointments I've ever had. Thank you!

Today, I brought my toddler in to have his birthmark examined. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff and seated in the waiting area. After a 50-minute wait, we were called back to an exam room.
Approximately 20 minutes later, the physician entered, examined and measured the birthmark, then explained that she would like a pediatric specialist to also evaluate it. It is unclear why the appointment was not initially scheduled with the pediatric specialist.
After an additional 20 minutes wait, the pediatric specialist confirmed that it appeared healthy. She was very kind and expressed sincere apologies for the extended wait. Our total time there was approximately 90 minutes, with about 10 minutes of direct interaction with a provider.
While I appreciate the professionalism and reassurance provided, the extended wait with a 2 and 1/2 year old was very challenging.

If you're into long waits, short visits, and broken promises -- congratulations, you've found your clinic!
I had two appointments here in September. Both started with me sitting in the waiting room long enough to start questioning my life choices, only to be rushed through a "consultation" so fast I half expected the doctor to say, "Thanks for stopping by, next!"
Then comes the real circus -- billing. My copay is $35, but apparently this office runs its own economy, because I was charged $55 both times. I politely corrected them (silly me for thinking honesty mattered), and they swore a refund check would be sent "that week." That was months ago. Since then, I've called five times, heard five different versions of the same fairy tale, and--shockingly--still no refund.
If I owed them money, I'm sure I'd already be starring in a collections notice. But since they owe me, it's apparently a game of "let's pretend to care." The level of disorganization and indifference here is honestly impressive--like they've made mediocrity their brand.
Bottom line: this place couldn't manage a lemonade stand, let alone a medical practice. Save yourself the stress, the lies, and the $20 mystery surcharge.
