Carol Fischer Family Practice

I really like Dr. Fischer's office. Her stay is amazing. I get an appointment right away. They listen and the practice manger Stacey is very helpful and listens to what we need. Highly recommend. Would give more stars if I could.

Stacy Kelly at Dr. Carol Fischer Family Practice has been extremely kind and wonderful. She has excellent customer service skills and took every measure to help me out with caring and urgency.

I have been going to th8s Dr Office for 15 years and have only seen Dr Fischer once. I have seen a half a dozen Physicians Assistant's maybe more. I moved to CO but kept coming here cause I was so close. II have had issues now for a couple of years. About 3 years ago had tests for my PFO and blood work. Never received a call on my blood work and never heard one word about my echo on my heart. Now on May 2025 I make an appt for a annual and blood work. I get there and I am scheduled for 15 min for prescription refills not a checkup. Then the PA know nothing about my PFO because they got a new system and my records are not all there. She literally asks me what is a PFO. I had blood work done 2 weeks ago and have not heard a word. I am totally done with this clinic. Might have been good at one time but not so much now. I am very sorry to hear about your bad experience at our practice. If you give us a call and ask to speak to me I would love to help in any way I can!) Now this sounds very nice right. We'll the voice mail she left was anything but, she was very rude and accusations that I basically am lying. She said that I didn't ask for an annual checkup but I did, She said that they have not seen me in two years, I guess that matters in someway. The reason why is because my lady blood tests two years ago were never discussed with me I had to find them in the patient portal and Google all the results. I was told that my records did jot all transfer, I was told by the PA that I was scheduled for prescription refill not a checkup or blood work. No I will not call this women back. She was rude and condescending in her voice msg.

I would have to give Dr.Fischer herself a 5 star review I have seen her since I was a young child and she has been seeing all of my children since birth. Unfortunately it's sad that the office manager is un personable and lacks professionalism and compassion. Shannon at the front desk would be the only member of the office staff outside of the actual medical assistants and nurses that also deserve a 5 star review. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the office manager and this time I've decided to pull care for my entire family and go elsewhere.
