Not coming back. Saw 2 different doctors both were mean, one asked "why did you even come here?! The other wanted to argue about me changing doctors because no one in the medical field can simply just do there job. Isnt this a business? Dont you want patients? Doesnt seem like you want them to come here. You dont listen to people who are dying of complex medical problems that you obviously dont know or care to know about. Thanks for wasting my time and making my husband take time off work to lose 1500$ to do nothing, for the 2nd time, but be extremely rude. NOT ever coming back, i figure 2 screw ups by 2 different doctors at the same faciltiy - should be plenty to let me know to STOP coming. Go somewhere else dont keep wasting your time on this place, they dont answer the phone ever anyhow, unsure how id even keep come here anyways..just due to that constant problem.

Drove 120miles thought my appointment got there at 7 so i sat in parking lot for hrs thought it was at 10am so went in at 9:20 to be told my appointment was at 9 no text reminder no call anything just no service what so ever had they attepted to text or call i was in parking lot. So i go in oh sorry cant help you 20min late make another appointment week from now just needed cleared to get bad teeth removed! Such poor service. My local vet has better service.

Dr. Idelchik, If I could rate higher. Dr idelchik saved my daughter's life. At 22 she needed a pacemaker and he was right there. He had a great bedside manner and was kind and extremely knowledgeable. The surgery went well and my daughter is smiling at me this morning! As a mother, I cannot express how grateful I am to you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

You can't get anybody on the phone. My provider had to get ahold of them just to ask simple questions that I should've been able to call and ask. Any time I tried to leave a voicemail, I was just hung up on. People travel to these locations from all over the state, I should not have to drive 2 hours just to ask questions.

I'm not quite sure what to think yet.Ive been seeing Dr Pickerell for a while, he's a great dr. Just recently I started seeing Dr Novic to get a pacemaker, I can't say I'm impressed with it, all my body (trunk) does is thump most of the day. I'm not happy about this. I go in a couple days hopefully they can adjust my pacemaker but three weeks of this is to much.
