This business provided a visiting nurse who was monitoring my father's congestive heart failure. Apparently his sudden refusal to walk, severely swollen belly sticking out from his shirt, his change in mentation, inability to keep his eyes open, congestion and wanting to lie down were not enough signs to send him to the hospital. I sent him to the hospital one day after she had seen him and he died a week later.

The Doc Johnson team is the best. The reception ladies are professional and pleasant. Vickie has proven to be a hero in time of need. The Doc is brilliant and likable. Today, we'd like to sing the praises of Theresa Brosnan Schuler. Not only has she developed the art of listening, she relates! And she relates with compassion--this starts a patient's healing process right in the office. As an educated professional, she knows her stuff, but it's her talent at treating the whole patient that earns appropriate kudos and rounds out this stellar team.

Great team here! Dr. Michael Johnson is the consummate professional, super nice and a great doctor. He takes interest in your hobbies and interests, which is rare for physicians today. Have recommended to friends and associates. Highly recommended.

I am a veteran that was sent here to get help. They knowingly signed me up for an appointment that wasn't approved of by my VA physicians. And now they are trying to foot me with the bill even though I have a recording of them admitting they never got an approval referral from my VA physicians. They aren't supposed to take people without that approval and they know that. I talked to Mary and was spoken down to and hung up on when put on hold and now when I call it just goes to a voicemail that hangs up after a few seconds of leaving a message. I have only a couple days until this goes to collections and I cannot afford this bill I wasnt supposed to receive. Very disappointed.

I've been seeing doctors at this location for 13 years. It is extremely run down & dirty. I actually had to leave today before my appointment at the lab began. It was unbeararably hot. The tiny lab waiting room was full. All the chairs were taken. The chairs were all tight together. The lab techs could not shut any doors due to the extreme heat. You could hear everyone's personal information. I did not use the lab restroom, when I have in the past it's FILTHY. Dried pee on the floor & toilet seat. Used paper towels on the floor. Today I used 1 of the 2 bathrooms across from the lab. DISGUSTING!!
