Not a terrible office visit experience. I felt like some of my concerns were brushed aside and that maybe I'd want a second opinion but overall that was okay. However I was told upon completion of my echocardiogram to call back in a couple days if I hadn't heard back from the doctor. Results were supposed to take one or two days. I called back, well at least tried. As mentioned by the other review it is basically impossible to get ahold of this office via phone. I called all day Thursday and several times Friday before finally reaching someone. They relayed my message to the doctor, yet here I am still waiting after they were reminded twice to review my results. Overall this has been a hassle and I wish I had gone elsewhere solely for better communication. Again the office experience wasn't bad but it's been a week and a half and I still have no answers and I don't think I will until I keep bugging them.
