If you want a Doctor (or Nurse Practitioner), or a Nurse, who returns your calls in a timely manner, this is not the place for your. I understand they had hacker issues, and the system has been down for weeks, but you need to keep track of your patients and return their calls when they are worried about the severity of the pains they are experiencing!! It would be nice to receive test results in a timely manner, and also to be told WHY you need to have an MRI before the technician calls you to say the test was ordered as "Urgent" without explaining to you what may be the problem - pancreas? Gallbladder? Liver? This is no way to treat your patient. If you don't want to provide excellent patient service, why are you in this business??

I called this morning to see if I was able to change my appointment from in person to virtual or on the phone, but if not I understood. I had explained that a medical emergency in our family came up and I needed to drive in the middle of the night to watch my newborn niece. The woman who took my call was very rude. She started off by saying well let me get you rescheduled "again". 1. This was my first appointment so I haven't been rescheduled before. Then instead of having any ounce of sympathy, she decided to not very kindly tell me out their 24 hour cancellation policy and that if I did it again, I would be dismissed from their practice. I responded by saying, "excuse my but I didn't want my sister-in-law to end up in the hospital" she then proceeded to fake laugh at me over the phone and tell me well that's the policy. Ok Ma'am, I understand, but maybe an ounce of compassion. Also I don't know how I was supposed to cancel my appointment within 24 hours when it was the weekend. Just extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion in the staff.

I saw Dr. Dwivedi and was very impressed! He was kind, took his time with me, was VERY thorough when it came to ordering tests and finding out about my history. He was very upbeat and positive and made me feel great when he learned of my weight loss. This is a wonderful doctor! Wish I had found him many years ago.

Shannon Huettl, PA is an amazing Provider. She is knowledgeable and her follow through is exceptional. Shannon truly cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to ensure the best care is given!

I feel that Jaime Filtzkowski listens very closely to what I have to say and really cares about how I am feeling. I am certain that together, with Dr.Khullar, we are doing everything we can to resolve my issues. I would recommend this team to my friends and family for sure.
