About Dr. Catherine Diaz, NP
Catherine Diaz, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. Catherine provides care for hospitalized patients with a range of heart conditions, including heart failure, heart rhythm abnormalities, coronary artery disease (CAD), high cholesterol and high blood pressure. She enjoys working alongside her patients and their families to improve their health and overall quality of life. Catherine believes in empowering her patients to be in control of their health and offers education and tools to help patients thrive outside of the hospital.
